PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with West Virginia code Section 7-11B15, The City of Weirton will hold a public hearing on November 25, 2020 in room 201 of the City Building at 10:00 A.M. The Purpose of this public hearing is to determine if the development and the proposed project in “The City of Weirton Three Springs Drive Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, Public Infrastructure Project No. 1 Park Drive Extension” and “Three Springs Drive Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, Public Infrastructure Project No. 2, Park Drive Development” is making satisfactory progress under the proposed time schedule contained within the approve plan for completion.
“The City of Weirton Three Springs Drive Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, Public Infrastructure Project No. 1 Park Drive Extension” is completed. The road extension stops at a cul-de-sac at the newly open business Pietro Fiorentini.
“The City of Weirton Three Springs Drive Tax Increment Financing District No. 1, Public Infrastructure Project No. 2, Park Drive Development” will be under construction March 2021 on both the street scape project and roadway which will open up to commercial development.
