PURSUANT TO WEST VIRGINIA CODE 44-2-2 All persons having claims against the estate of said GREGORY SCOTT STALEY, deceased, whose last known address was 45884 Nolte Court, California, MD 20619, whether due or not, are notified to exhibit their claims, with the voucher thereof, legally verified, along with a $5.00 filing fee to the Hancock County Clerk, P.O. Box 367, New Cumberland, WV 26047 within sixty(60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may by law be excluded from all benefit of said estate. No appointment or administration is being made for the aforesaid estate pursuant to West Virginia law but a foreign will has been filed with the Hancock County Commission. The name of party who has filed the foreign will is Taylor Kathleen Staley, 39660 Claires Drive Mechanicsville, MD 20659. All beneficiaries of said Estate may appear on or before said day to examine said claims and otherwise protect their interests.
