IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HARRISON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA ELSEA FINANCIAL SERVICE, Plaintiff, vs. CHARLES T. MORRISON, Defendant. CIVIL ACTION NO. 20-C-91 Judge McCarthy ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is a Manufactured Home Retail Installment Contract (“Contract”) entered into by Defendant, Charles T. Morrison (“Defendant”) with Elsea Financial Service, Inc. on or about March 13, 2000, and the Defendant’s breach of said Contract. The Plaintiff seeks monetary judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $8,265.91, accrued interest in the amount of $282.40 as of February 19, 2020, together with pre-judgment interest at the Contract rate, post-judgment interests and costs. The Plaintiff has provided an affidavit showing that the Plaintiff in the above-entitled case has made diligent efforts to serve the Defendant via the Sheriff and private process server, but has not been able to complete service of process. The last known mailing address of the Defendant is as follows: Charles T. Morrison 209 Hayward St. Shinnston, WV 26431 IT IS ORDERED that Charles T.
