NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids diesel fuel and gasoline will be received by the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, no later than Tuesday November 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. OCS currently uses approximately 120,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 6,000 gallons of gasoline per year. Bids should be mailed to that address to the attention of Mr. Rick Jones Assistant Superintendent. Please mark the front of the envelope as “BID – FUEL”.

The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to other than the low bidder, accept any or all alternates, waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
