Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Ohio County Board of Education, Wheeling, West Virginia, for the following:
SALE OF USED
Bidders may obtain copies of specifications and bid forms of proposal from Wheeling Park High School of the Ohio County Board of Education at 1976 Park View Road, Wheeling, WV 26003. Equipment specifications can be requested during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. from Monday November 2, 2020 to Monday November 9, 2020, with the exception of Tuesday November 3, 2020 due to Election Day, by calling 304- 243-0477 or emailing

This request for sealed proposals is for the sale of specified used equipment only.
Please submit your sealed proposal to the Office of the Assistant Superintendent at the Ohio County Board of Education, 2203 National Road, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003, prior to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Please mark the outside of the envelope as “BID FOR USED EQUIPMENT.”
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Ohio County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the bid to other than the high bidder, to accept any or all alternates, to waive irregularities and/or formalities, and in general to make the award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of Ohio County Schools.
