NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, Room 215, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 for the purchase of an 80″ video display for the Emergency Operations Center.
Requirements are as follows: The screen must be 1920 x 1080 pixels with a contrast ratio of 5000:1. Unit must have a minimum of 2 HDMI inputs, 1 USN input, LAN connectivity, and 1 computer input. Display must have touch screen technology, function as a fully interactive whiteboard, possess wireless connectivity from cell phones, tablets, video cameras, and computers. Must operate independently without the need of computer connectivity, capability of saving images to built-in memory, e-mail, and USB ports. Video playback shall be accomplished from external sources including USB devices and have picture-in-picture capability.
Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. For further information on the specifications or clarification on these requirements, please contact EMA Director Louis Vargo at (304) 234-3756.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
