Please take notice that on the 19th of November, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Bob Contraguerro, 41st and McColloch St., Variance(s) from schedule 6A: to reduce the front yard setback from 30′ to 3′; (2) from schedule 6A: to reduce the rear yard setback from 15′ to 8′; (3) from schedule 6A: to reduce the side yard setback from 15′ to 12′; (4) from table 9A to reduce the required parking from 30 spaces to 8 spaces.
