NOTICE OF ANCILLARY
ADMINISTRATION
OF WEST VIRGNIA REAL ESTATE WITHOUT
APPOINTMENT (TESTATE)
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provision of West Virginia Code Section 41-5-13(b), there has been filed and there is pending before me and the said County Commission an Affidavit for ancillary administration of West Virginia real estate without the appointment of any personal representative and dies sate as follows:
1. The name of the decedent is Patty Gibbs Wahlberg. The decedent died testate on the 28th day of March, 2013, residing at 405 Flamingo Circle, Greeneville, Greene County, TN, with said will of the decedent, which is dated the 21st day of December, 2012, having been probated by the Chancery Court, Probate Division of Sullivan county, TN on the 29th day of May, 2013. The decedent died owning real estate situate in the State of West Virginia.
2. The County Commission before whom the affidavit has been filed is the County Commission of Hancock County, with mailing address of P.O. Box 367, New Cumberland, WV 26047.
3. The name and address of the person filing the affidavit is: Shaun P. Snyder, 532 Rochester Street, Oviedo, FL 32765. Such person is related to the decedent as Son.
4. Any interested person objecting to the filing of the foreign will or affidavit or objecting to theabsence of appointment or administration being made in the State must file a written objection with the Clerk of the County Commission, George Foley, within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication or thirty (30) days of service of this Notice upon such interested persons by the person filing the Notice, whichever is later.
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT IF AN OBJECTION IS NOT TIMELY FILED, THE OBJECTION IS FOREVER BARRED AND THAT THE ANCILLARY ADMINISTRATION OF THE WEST VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE OF THE ABOVE DECEDENT SHALL BE DEEMED FINAL AND COMPLETE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAW.
