Separate sealed bids for the construction of Tyler County PSD Ben’s Run Line Relocation will be received by mail by the Tyler County Public Service District office at PO Box 138, Friendly, WV 26146 or in person at the time of the bid opening at the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department located at 121 Maple Lane, Sistersville, WV 26175 until 11:00 am local time on December 15, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Method of Bidding will be as follows:
CONTRACT #1 – Ben’s Run Vacuum Line Relocation: Unit price contract to replace approximately 120 LF of 6″ including 2 tie ins, and other appurtenances to provide a complete operating system.
Digital copies of the Contract Documents on compact disc may be obtained from the office of Cerrone Associates, Inc. located at 97 – 14th, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon payment of the following deposit:

Printed copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Cerrone Associates, Inc. located at 97 – 14th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, upon payment of the following deposit:

If documents are mailed, a non-refundable $20.00 postage and handling charge will be added.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each Bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Any Contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and subdivision in which the work is to be performed. Bidders must comply with Article 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code by including their contractor’s license number on any bid submission.
