The City of Benwood is seeking bids from qualified companies to demolish the Benwood City Garage located at 30 North Marshall Street. The contractor shall perform or provide any and all professional services related to the project and will comply with the regulations, laws, ordinances and requirement of this type of project. Bid specifications can be obtained at the municipal building or by calling

Sealed bids are to be sent to the City of Benwood, attention David McLaughlin, 430 Main Street Benwood, WV 26031 with “City Garage Demo” marked on the envelope. Sealed bids are due December 22, 2020 at 12:00 pm, at which time bids will be publicly opened. The City of Benwood has the right to accept or reject any bids.
