Please take notice that on the 17th day of September, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Thomas Bryan Fato and Charity Brooks Fato, for a Variance from Schedule 4.11.C: To reduce the rear yard setback of an accessory structure in the R-1A Zone from 5′ to 0′. Purpose of Request: To install pool.
The property is described as follows:
A parcel of real estate situate in the City of Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia, and bounded and defined as Lot Number 7 as shown on the Plat of Arbordale, said plat being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 4, at Page 123, subpages 1 through 3.
More commonly known as 33 Floral Drive.
