NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES
To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the within named deceased persons:
ESTATE OF: MARY K. WASEMANN, (deceased).
I have before me the proposed original Final Settlement of the Estate of the above named deceased person which shall be presented to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on the 28th day of December, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., which Final Settlement has been presented to me by the fiduciary/fiduciaries of such estate and which Final Settlement I, the Fiduciary Commissioner for said Estate, have approved. (A copy of the Final Settlement of the Estate will be provided to the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, on or about November 9, 2020, for review by any creditor or beneficiary).
Any person having any interest in the Estate of any such deceased person as referenced above, may appear before the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the time and place hereinabove specified (December 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.) and thereupon protect his or her or their interests as they may appear and/or may file an objection to the Final Settlement on or before the date and time hereinabove specified (December 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.) or else may be forever thereafter barred from asserting such interests or objections.
The publication dates are December 7, 2020, and December 14, 2020, (the first and second Mondays of the month next after receipt of the Final Settlement). If you have any objection to the Final Settlement you must properly and timely file your objection with the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the place hereinabove specified, that being in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 2nd Floor, on or before the date and time hereinabove specified, that being, December 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
