Pursuant to Rule 4(e)(1)(E) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, you are required to answer the complaint filed by Plaintiff-in the above titled matter-who seeks to quiet title in Real Property located in Ohio County, West Virginia; with a mailing address of 24 Clearview Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003. (Legal description below). Plaintiff is demanding title be quieted in his name with all other adverse interests being extinguished. In case of your failure to answer/respond, judgment will be rendered against you according to Plaintiff’s demand. Since your identities and whereabouts are unknown and the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you, a copy of this LEGAL NOTICE shall be published in the Newspaper once per week for three successive weeks. You are directed to answer/respond in this matter within thirty (30) days after final publication of this LEGAL NOTICE.

Legal Description:
Beginning at a found 5/8 inch iron rod (N 596310.5, E 1633115.7) at the southeast corner of the parcel described to Audie L. Fry as recorded in Deed Book 928, at Page 209 of the records of said office, said iron rod being in the north line of the 2.06 acre parcel described to Harold J. Delong as recorded in Deed Book 923 at Page 311 of the records of said office, from which a found 5/8 inch iron rod in the north line of said 2.06 acre parcel and the south line of Wayne Edwards and Etta Edwards as recorded in Deed Book 688 at Page 231 of the records of said office bears South 71 * 33′ 01″ West 267.29 feet;
Thence, North 00* 46′ 13″ East 52.95 along the east line of said Fry parcel to a set iron rod at the northeast corner thereof;
Thence, South 71 * 33′ 01″ West 142.43 feet along the north line of said Fry parcel to a set iron rod at the northwest corner thereof in the north line of said Edwards parcel;
Thence, North 18* 26′ 59″ West 50.00 feet along the north line of said Edwards parcel to a set iron rod at the northwest corner thereof;
Thence, South 71 * 35′ 28″ West 186.26 feet to a set iron rod in the west line of said Diehl parcel being the east line of West Virginia State Route 2 (Warwood Avenue), from which said found 5/8 inch iron in said south line bears the following two courses:
1)South 18* 39′ 20″ East 100.00 feet along the west line of said Edwards parcel to the southwest corner thereof and the northwest corner of said 2.06 acre parcel;
2)North 71* 48′ 15″ East 43.61 feet along the north line thereof and said south line;
Thence along said west line the following four courses
1)North 16* 14′ 42″ West 136.04 feet to a set iron rod;
2)North 10* 35′ 13″ West 117.33 feet to a set iron rod;
3)North 05* 00′ 47″ West 111.01 feet to a set iron rod;
4) North 03* 58′ 37″ West 103.03 feet to a set iron rod at the southwest corner of the parcel described to I. M.A. Dolan, Inc. as recorded in Deed Book 824 at Page 180 of the records of said office,
Thence, along the lines of said Dolan parcel the following three courses:
1)North 85* 46′ 33″ East 175.00 feet to a set iron rod at the southeast corner thereof;
2)North 05* 01′ 50″ West 73.00 feet to a set iron rod at the northeast corner thereof;
3)South 85* 46′ 33″ West 175.00 feet to a set iron rod at the northwest corner thereof in said west line;
Thence, North 07* 46′ 23″ West 85.00 feet to a set iron rod at the northwest corner of said Diehl parcel and the southwest corner of the 10.994 acre parcel described to Interstate Advertising Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 416 at Page 359 of the records of said office, from which a found 5/8 inch iron rod in the original south line of the 32.15 acre parcel described to Wheeling Coal Company as recorded in Deed Book 186 at Page 586 of the records of said office at the southeast corner of the 0.142 acre parcel described to Sandra L. Cowden as recorded in Deed Book 876 at Page 319 of the records of said office bears South 85* 46′ 33″ West 49.24 feet;
Thence, North 85* 46′ 33″ East 645.49 feet along the north line of said Diehl parcel and the south line of said 10.994 acre parcel to a set iron rod at the northwest corner of the 0.45 acre parcel described to Jeffrey A. Boggs as recorded in Deed Book 975 at Page 303 of the records of said office, passing on line a set iron rod at 3+62.00 feet, from said northwest corner a found 5/8 inch iron rod in the north line of said 0.45 acre parcel bears North 85* 46′ 33″ East
356.83 feet along the north line thereof and said south line;
Thence, South 06* 04′ 22″ East 58.63 feet to the centerline of Clearview Avenue and the easterly corner of said Diehl parcel, passing on-line a set iron rod at 0+38.14 feet, also passing on-line the southwest corner of said 0.45 acre parcel at 0+45.82 feet, from said southwest corner a found 5/8 inch iron rod in the south line of said 0.45 acre parcel bears
South 87* 14′ 31″ East 65.66 feet thereon;
Thence, along said centerline and the east line of said Diehl parcel the following seventeen courses:
