HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The Ohio County Commission invites interested firms engaged in the lawful practice of Architecture and Structural Engineering to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional services for the Ohio County Courthouse / Wheeling City County Building – HVAC Replacement Project. The successful firm will support Ohio County Commission’s MEP engineer for planning, designing, construction bidding, contract administration assistance and other services. The selection process will follow the guidelines set forth in West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
Submittals must include the following:
*Executive Summary
*Description of the Firm
*Firm Project Experience
*Individual Project Experience
*Organization and Management
The material presented in the SOQ to address the above topics is expected to clearly reflect qualifications that demonstrate consultant’s knowledge and experience of required scope of services. Following review of all submittals the Ohio County Commission will short-list the most qualified firms for interview and presentations.

SOQs shall be submitted in a sealed package marked “Statement of Qualifications, Ohio County Courthouse, HVAC Project.” Submittals must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Thursday, December 17, 2020.
Only timely received submittals meeting the requirements of this RFQ will be considered. Questions or requests for information that may arise must be submitted in writing to Gregory L. Stewart at the address noted above by 10:00am, Monday, December 14, 2020. Responses will be in writing and distributed to all applicants.
