PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with c3-1-5 and c3-1-7, of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, the City Council of Oak Hill, West Virginia intends to change the location of any polling place whenever the public convenience may require it. An order effecting such changes to relocate polling places as listed below effective with the General Election in Oak Hill, is scheduled for action during a Regular Session of the Oak Hill Council to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015 at the Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia.
