LEGAL NOTICE TO UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS
In Re: The Judicial Dissolution of WHEELING COUNTRY CLUB, INC., a West Virginia corporation,
Civil Action No. 20-C-216
Wheeling Country Club, Inc. (the “Club”), has filed Article of Dissolution with the West Virginia Secretary of State and has filed a Petition with the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, requesting that its voluntary dissolution continue under supervision of the Court. This Notice is being published pursuant to WV code section 31D-14-1407 to alert any unknown creditors that may have a claim against the Club to file said claim within 30 days from the date of this publication. The claim shall:
a) Provide information as to the nature of the claim and the date or dates the liability was incurred;
b) The claimant must file with the claim copies of any invoices or other documents that substantiate the claim;
c) The claim shall be mailed to Felton and Felton, CPA, the Receiver heretofore appointed by the Court at the following address:

Wheeling, WV 26003; and
d) Any claim against Wheeling Country Club will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years from the date of this publication.
