Notice is given that Antero Midstream has applied to the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, for a modification to 45CSR13
construction permit R13-3429B for a Natural Gas
Compressor Station located 3.7 miles south of Reader
in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The latitude and
longitude coordinates are: 39.51644N, -80.73895W.
The applicant estimates the change in permitted
potential to discharge of the following

Startup of the modifications are planned upon permit
issuance. Written comments will be received by the
West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston,
WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date
of publication of this notice.
