IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE NO. 15-CJA-40: MIRRANDA GARRISON, biological mother and custodian of infant B.G., whose date of birth is September 19, 2014; and JAMES WEST, biological father of infant B.G., whose date of birth is September 19, 2014, natural child of MIRRANDA GARRISON.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights MIRRANDA GARRISON, biological mother and custodian of infant B.G. , whose date of birth is September 19, 2014.
The Petitioner alleges that MIRRANDA GARRISON, biological mother and custodian of infant B.G., whose date of birth is September 19, 2014, has abandoned and /or failed and neglected to provide for the care, custody and control of infant, B.G., whose date of birth is September 19, 2014, and has made no effort to provide for said care of infant, or maintain the infant in any way from that time until present. It is ORDERED that MIRRANDA GARRISON, biological mother and custodian of infant B.G. ,whose date of birth is September 19, 2014 is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and he is further ORDERED to appear in the office of the Honorable James P. Mazzone, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 26th day of October, 2015 at 1:15 p.m. for a Motion to Terminate Improvement Period and Disposition Hearing if Granted and object or make other defense to the petition; otherwise, parental rights of MIRRANDA GARRISON, biological mother and custodian of infant B.G., whose date of birth is September 19, 2014 may be terminated.
