It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Jennifer Fliess is a non- resident/unknown resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that Jennifer Fliess serve upon Bryan Conner Petitioner or Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 440 Hazlett Ave, Wheeling, WV, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before 10/09/15.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
