INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Marshall County Public Safety Building furniture will be received in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office, Marshall County Courthouse, Room 106, Moundsville, West Virginia, on September 29, 2015 until 9:00 a.m. e.s.t. All complete bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:15 AM at the County Commission Meeting in the Commission Chambers on the basement floor of the courthouse.
All Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by the Architect. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon request to:

The Bid Package includes supply, delivery, and installation of various furniture and equipment inside the new Marshall County Public Safety Building.
Bidders interested in submitting bids shall contact the Architect. Email Bid Package requests to Leah Frazier:

and a Bid Package will be sent out. There is no deposit required for Bid Packages and all printing costs incurred by bidders are non-refundable.
After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, no Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
