Invitation to Bid
The City of Wellsburg Water & Sewer Board is seeking bids to purchase a used John Deere 35D Excavator with bucket and thumb. Used equipment should have approximately 350 hours and be priced accordingly. Sealed bids marked “Used John Deere 35D Excavator” should be sent to the attention of the City Manager, City of Wellsburg 70 Town Square, Wellsburg WV 26070 by 2:00 pm on Monday September 21, 2015 with bid opening at that time.
