Please take notice that on January 11, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider a request made by Play N Stay, LLC to operate a pet boarding, daycare, training, & grooming on lots 3-8 in square 44 on the Plat of Ritchietown known as 41-40th Street, which is classified as a Special Use Permit in the I-2 Industrial Zone. If you would like to express your opinion on this matter, you are invited to participate in the public hearing. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing is being conducted via Zoom.
