b) The Common Council of the City of Weirton by resolution commissioned the Planning Commission to conduct a study and make recommendation of the current state of the land use at the former Jimmy Carey Stadium (Tax Map, W42H, Parcel W42H) currently zoned M2, previously zoned R2.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent or attorneys, or written comments can be submitted to the Planning and Development Department at 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, WV 26062 in writing, giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
