The object of the above entitled action is for Marcia Lawrence to legally change his/her name to Marcia Haught. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Marcia Lawrence to Marcia Haught.
A hearing shall be on the 8th day of January, 2020 at 9:00am o’clock before the Honorable Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
