Sealed bids must be hand delivered or mailed to Follansbee City Building at 872 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037 to the attention of City Manager Mr. Jack McIntosh.
Sealed bids must be recieved by January 29, 2021 at 5:00 pm or they will be rejected. The City of Follansbee reserves the right to reject any and all bids
