City of Follansbee will be accepting sealed bids for a 25 Yard Garbage Truck. Scope of Supply can be received from City Manager, Mr. Jack McIntosh, via email at

Scope of Supply Bid must follow Follansbee’s Base Scope of Supply. Suppliers can then provide a breakout of Alternative Scope of Supply and state reason for alternative. Sealed bids must be hand delivered or mailed to the Follansbee City Building at 872 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037 to the attention of “City Manager, Mr. Jack McIntosh – New Garbage Truck Proposal”. Sealed bids must be received in the Follansbee City Building by Friday January 29, 2021 at 5:00 pm or they will be rejected. The City of Follansbee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
