invites licensed general contractorsto submit a proposalto provide all work, including, but not limited to, labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for:

Concrete repair and sprinkler systemBerkeley Springs, WVAll Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents issued by Grove & Dall’Olio Architects PLLC dated January 11, 2021. Bidding Documents may be obtained from:Grove & Dall’Olio Architects PLLCby emailingthe architectat [email protected].
All work shall be done in compliance with the US Secretaryof the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.Partial funds for this project areprovidedthroughthe WV State Historic Preservation Office. All applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will take placeon January 22 at 2PM. Attendance is not mandatory but bidders must schedule a site visit prior to bidding. Cal lDirector ThomRubel at 304 258-2300to arrange a site visit.
Only written questions will be received by the Architect via email until 72 hours prior to the Bid Opening time. A response to all questions and list of attendees shall be issued to all biddersin the form of addenda.All Bids must be submitted to the Architect at the email address above by
4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
