Air Quality Public Notice Notice of Application
Notice is given that Appalachia Midstream Services, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a 45CSR13 Class II Administrative Permit Update for the Pioneer Compressor Station located approximately 1.6 miles South of West Liberty at 300 Elysian Lane (a.k.a. Harvey’s Rd) Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are 40.14333*N and -80.59156*W.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following regulated air pollutants will be:
— tons of nitrogen oxides per year
— tons of carbon monoxide per year
0.63 tons of volatile organic compounds per year
— tons of sulfur dioxide per year
— tons of particulate matter per year
0.01 tons of n-hexane per year
0.01 tons of total hazardous air pollutants per year
1.58 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
Startup of modifications are anticipated to occur upon permit issuance.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
