IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 20-CJA-100 CHELSEA RADCLIFFE, biological mother of infant D.R., whose date of birth is October 10, 2016 and JOSE GUADALUPE SALDIVAR GARCIA a.k.a. LUPE SALDIVAR, biological father of infant D.R., whose date of birth is October 10, 2016.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by CHELSEA RADCLIFFE, biological mother of infant D.R., whose date of birth is October 10, 2016, alleging that CHELSEA RADCLIFFE has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.R., whose date of birth is October 10, 2016. It is ORDERED that CHELSEA RADCLIFFE is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of February, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights CHELSEA RADCLIFFE, biological mother of infant D.R., whose date of birth is October 10, 2016, may be terminated.
