CORPORATION:
An action was initiated in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, at Civil Action No. 10-C-210, on or about August 26, 2019, for individuals employed, and formerly employed, as hourly plant employees by Silgan Plastics Corporation (hereinafter “Silgan”) at Silgan’s Triadelphia, West Virginia facility, and all temporary plant workers assigned to work at Silgan’s Triadelphia, West Virginia facility, at any time between August 26, 2014, and November 16, 2019. If you were employed by Silgan between August 26, 2014, and November 16, 2019, you may be eligible for participation in the pending class action.
