IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 20-CJA-116, ALYSSA CROW, biological mother of infant A.B., whose date of birth is December 15, 2017; and DANIEL CLARK, custodian of infant A.B., whose date of birth is December 15, 2017, natural child of Alyssa Crow.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by DANIEL CLARK, custodian of infant A.B., whose date of birth is December 15, 2017.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that DANIEL CLARK has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.B., whose date of birth is December 15, 2017. It is ORDERED that DANIEL CLARK is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 22nd day of February, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for a Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights DANIEL CLARK, custodian of infant A.B., whose date of birth is December 15, 2017, may be terminated.
