The object of the above entitled action is for Hassan Uban Awad to legally change his/her name to Hassan Ebon Awad. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Hassan Uban Awad to Hassan Ebon Awad.
A hearing shall be on the 1st day of April, 2021 at 2:00pm o’clock before the Honorable Michael J Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
