AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Ergon-West Virginia, Inc. (EWVI) has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update Permit for a petroleum refinery located on 9995 Ohio River Blvd, in Newell, Hancock County, West Virginia. The application is to install a fifth filter in the existing Solvent Dewaxing Unit (MEK-TOL) and increase the fugitive emissions unit. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.60613, -80.63357.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
