Now comes the Petitioner, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-2, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-2, by counsel, Christopher A. Dawson who states that the object of the above styled suit is to reform a deed of trust encumbering real estate commonly known as 143 Gooseman Ln, Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia.
It is ordered that Respondent, Carl Bell, do serve upon Christopher A.
