The City of Wheeling: Owner
Sealed bids for Marshall Ave. 6″ Waterline will be received by the City of Wheeling, West Virginia, at the office of the City Manager until 2:00 P.M. on February 23, 2021 and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Plans, Specifications, and Drawings, and other contract documents may be examined at the Ohio Valley Construction Employers Council

and the Office of the City Engineer, City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV.
Bidding documents may be obtained only upon payment of $25 to the city of Wheeling for each set obtained from the Office of the City Engineer. This deposit is non-refundable. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM on February 16, 2021 at the Water Dept. conference room in Clator (9 Armory Drive).
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. This contract is also subject to the requirements of the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, Chapter 21, Article 11 of the Code of West Virginia. Contractor must be licensed in accordance with the Act at the time of the bid.
