PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 15th day of October, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Ron Bence, Ohio Valley Realty Co., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of the property located at 126 North 8th Street for storage.
The property is described as follows:
All of Lot One Hundred Thirty-Nine (139) and the western ten (10) feet of Lot One Hundred Forty (140), as shown on the Plat of South Warwood, Warwood, Wheeling, Richland District, Ohio County, West Virginia, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 166, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Ohio County, West Virginia.
More commonly known as 126 North 8th Street.
