A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday,March 2, 2021 in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30 P.M.The purpose of this regular meeting is to review the following applications:
a)Trumco Forest Products, on behalf of Francis Wargacki, is requesting a Conditional Use for a timbering project on approximately 92 acres off of Nicholas Drive (Tax Map W44N, Parcel 24).
Timbering activities in all zoning districts require Board approval. Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorneys or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
