NOTICE
The Northern Panhandle Conservation District is seeking competitive bids for repair work to be performed on Wheeling Creek Dam #3. The work will consist of impoundment draw down, excavation and compaction work, and post-work reclamation. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 AM on February 25th, 2021. The meeting location will be in Triadelphia, WV at the Cabelas parking lot on the western side of Sheetz (40.060990*, -80.597365*). Sign in will start promptly at 9:30 AM. No signatures will be accepted after 10:00 AM. After the sign in, participants will travel approximately 13 miles to the work location near Majorsville, PA. to discuss the details of the work and review the site.
