The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by UNKNOWN FATHER WHO IDENTIFIED SELF AS TYREEK JOHNSON, putative biological father of A.W., whose date of birth is June 2, 2020.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that UNKNOWN FATHER IDENTIFIED SELF AS TYREEK JOHNSON has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.W., whose date of birth is June 2, 2020. It is ORDERED that UNKNOWN FATHER IDENTIFIED SELF AS TYREEK JOHNSON is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and he is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J, Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of March, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. for a Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights UNKNOWN FATHER WHO IDENTIFIED SELF AS TYREEK JOHNSON, putative biological father of A.W., whose date of birth is June 2, 2020, may be terminated.
