The public is hereby notified and advised that Mr. Zachary D. Herron, who is the son of the City of Wheeling’s City Manager Robert Herron, is applying for assistance through the City of Wheeling’s federal HOME-funded First Time Homebuyer Program. City Manager Robert Herron does not own the property that his son seeks to purchase, nor will he reside in the house.
