The object of the above entitled action is to Petition for Divorce, more fully described as follows:
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July, 2020, NICOLE M. MCCAMICK DAVIS filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, her Petition for Divorce and Financial Statement.
It is ordered that JEREMY ALLEN DAVIS does serve upon Petitioner’s attorney, Dean G. Makricostas, Esquire, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 2827, Weirton West Virginia 26062, and upon Brenda L. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, whose address is Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 403, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, an Answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Ohio County, West Virginia.
