PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL
GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive,
Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for a permit for a
natural gas horizontal well at the following location:
Cash 1H,
located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting
535717.278 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4386781.032;

This well is located in the Little Fishing Creek
Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center District, Wetzel
County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or
more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and
roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand
gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

3/10/2021).
Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or
scans of the proposed permit application will cost
$15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
