The Brooke Football Boosters are currently accepting sealed bids for our 2021 Brooke Footballl Pride Packs and our 2021 Brooke Football pregame meals.
Pride Pack Bids: Please submit a package price for an individual pride pack consisting of the following:
1 T-shirt with iron-on or screen print, design to be determined at a later date. 1 pair of 9 – inch shorts with pockets and iron-onor screen print lettering, design to be determined at a later date.
2 Practice Outfits that each consist of one screen print or iron on shirt and 9-inch shortss without pockets (no-design)
Estimated number of pride packs is 70. All orders must be sorted, bagged, and labeled individually. Bids must be submitted by April 1, 2021. All bids will be reviewed and decided upon April 15, 2021.
Meals Bids: Please submit bid for catered “nutritional” meal menu (see below) including paper products, utensils, condiments and cups with price per plate. There is a possibilty for a need of additional servers for set up, serving and tear down. Please provide a price per server in addition to the meal bid. Our roster includes approximately 100 people. Meals will be needed for approximately 10 games of the 2021 season and will need served in the Brooke High School cafeteria B. Meal Bids must be submitted no later than June 1, 2021. All bids will be reviewed and decided upon no later than June 30, 2021. If meals do not meet our satisfaction, they will be subject to change.
Meals should include the following:
1 salad serving,
1 serving of beef, chicken or pork
1 serving of pasta or potatoe
1 vegetable serving
