In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:

Germantown Way and Klee Drive. Requesting
final plat approval for
subdividing the
Community Center.

A hearing will be held on the proposed amendments on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall,
232 N. Queen Street,
Martinsburg, West
Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of
Wednesday, May 5, 2021 will be utilized.
