It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JASON DAVID NIEDER, SR. is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or address is unknown, it is hereby orderd that JASON DAVID NIEDER, SR. serve upon LISA ANN NIEDER, Petitioner, whose address is 445 COVE ROAD, WEIRTON, WEST VIRGINIA 26062, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 20 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said paperwork can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ordred that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
