CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICTIONS
TOWER
Williams Ohio Valley Midstream is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower location is on Kull Lane Airport Access Road (Conner Fractionation & NGL plant), Moundsville, WV (39-52-48.149N and 80-44-46.105W). The self-support tower will be 104 feet (including lightning rod) in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
