The object of the above entitled action is for Matthew Christopher King to legally change his/her name to Rita Natalie King. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Matthew Christopher King to Rita Natalie King.
A hearing shall be on the 29th day of March, 2021 at 11:00AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
