Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Planning Commission will conduct two (2) Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse in conjunction with its regularly scheduled monthly meeting. The Public Hearings and Regular Meeting are all open to the public.
PUBLIC HEARING 1
In compliance with the Greenbrier County Tower Ordinance Section 7.2, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the request and application of Tower Co to locate a 195’ Monopole Wireless Communication Facility on Sunset View Lane, Rupert. The subject property is located in the Meadow Bluff Tax District, Map 58, Parcel 1.

In compliance with the Greenbrier County Tower Ordinance Section 7.2, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the request and application of Tower Co to locate a 195’ Monopole Wireless Communication Facility at 525 Central Ave, Rainelle. The subject property is located in the Meadow Bluff Tax District, Map 47M, Parcel 15.
The applications are available for public review in the Planning Commission office at the Courthouse. Anyone wishing to comment on this request is urged to attend the public hearing or send written comments to the Greenbrier County Planning Commission, 200 North Court Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901.
