Sealed bids for student healthcare services on the West Liberty University’s campus will be received by West Liberty University, 208 University Dr. West Liberty, WV 26074, until 3:00 PM on April 13, 2021. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 10:00 AM, April 14, 2021.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this contract. Interested vendors should reach out to the Director of Purchasing to obtain bid documents no later than April 5, 2021.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
