Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a general permit registration for a natural gas production facility (Mildred Mani Pad) located in Brooke County, West Virginia. From intersection of Route 2 and CR 27 (10th Street, Washington Pike) in Wellsburg, travel east on CR 27 2.06 miles to 27/3 (Bradys Ridge) and turn right onto CR 27/3. Travel 1.49 miles to 27/3 to well pad on left. Mildred Mani Pad is located at 40.25382, -80.58973.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
